Some clients call once. Christian Village of Mason keeps calling us back. Over several years and a series of separate projects, Bishop Elite Painting has worked across this Mason senior-living community, and the work is ongoing.
What makes a community like this different is that people live here while we work. Residents are moving through hallways, therapy sessions are running, and staff have a schedule to keep. So we plan around the building rather than the other way around: contained work areas, low-odor products wherever we can use them, tidy job sites at the end of every day, and a pace that respects the people around us.
The scope has ranged widely, from resident apartments and common areas to wood doors and trim, a therapy and fitness room, a gazebo on the grounds, and exterior concrete. Each phase below is its own project with its own photos and detail.

Concrete Caution CurbsExterior caution curbs recoated in Sherwin-Williams Forte, a masonry coating built for traffic and weather.Yes, and it is most of what we do at Christian Village of Mason. We contain the work area, use low-odor products where the job allows, keep corridors and exits clear, and clean up at the end of every day. We schedule around meals, therapy sessions, and resident routines rather than expecting the building to work around us.
We phase the work so only a small part of the building is affected at a time, and we agree the sequence with your staff before we start. Tools and materials are stored securely, walkways stay clear, and we tell you each day what is happening the next day.

We can. Interior repainting and wood finishing use very different products from masonry coatings, and we spec each one for the surface. The caution curbs here were coated in Sherwin-Williams Forte, which is engineered for concrete and masonry and holds up to foot and vehicle traffic.
