OSHA safety color marking is applied to whatever standard your facility already uses — red for fire equipment, yellow for physical hazards, orange for exposed machinery, and green for first aid.

Dry-fall is a coating formulated so that overspray dries into a dry powder during its fall from height. Sprayed on a ceiling deck twenty or thirty feet up, conventional paint is still wet when it drifts down and lands on everything below it. Dry-fall lands as dust and sweeps or vacuums up. For any high-bay ceiling work over racking, conveyors or stored product, it is the difference between a manageable job and an unacceptable one.
Steel is cleaned by hand and power tool methods — scraping, wire wheel and sanding — back to a sound surface, degreased, and spot-primed immediately with a rust-inhibitive primer, because cleaned steel begins flashing rust within hours. The finish is typically a direct-to-metal acrylic or an industrial enamel depending on the environment. Where a project genuinely requires abrasive blasting to an SSPC standard, we will tell you at the walkthrough and recommend a specialist rather than quote around it.
Yes, and the important step is the one most people skip. Bare concrete block is porous and will drink a finish coat unevenly, so it needs a block filler first to bridge the pinholes and give a uniform surface. Over that, an acrylic finish suits most warehouse and shop environments, while wash-down areas and food-adjacent spaces are better served by an epoxy. Existing painted block usually needs cleaning, degreasing and spot-priming rather than full filling.
